Automatic glass bottle carbonated soft drink filling crown capping machine

2.2Structural features

Filling valve is mechanical valve, double guide-bars centering structure has pre-cover function,The cylinder’s liquid level adopt proportional regulation, touch screen, and PLC control. It also has CIP cleaning system.

The entire machine adopts protective gate structure.

2.3 Running

Filling products, cleaning agents, compressed gases and circle gas media are sent to filling 

equipment by their respective feeding tube and the entrance of material distribution tube.

The height of the filling machine and capping machine is adjustable to suit the design of filling

 bottles’ different size.

Empty bottles are sent to filling machine by conveyor belt through the enter bottle screw and the 

enter bottle star-wheel on the worktable, and pitched in the filling machine upgrade device’s bottle salver. The bottle 

will be raised by the bottle salver and pressed fold. During the raising process, check on whether 

there are bottles on the bottle salver. If found bottles, the filling process begin, beer will be filled. 

If none, the corresponding valve will keep closing. 

After finish the filling, lower the bottle salver and the used bottles are sent to capper by transmission star-wheel on the worktable. The bottles after capping are sent to out bottle conveyor belt by out bottle

 star-wheel.
